Need to Know

  • Full Comprehensive insurance for named drivers

  • Unlimited mileage

  • Full breakdown cover including Europe

  • All campers have a strict NO SMOKING policy

  • Dogs are allowed (rules apply - see Terms & Conditions)

  • 3 day minimum hire

  • 25% deposit taken when booking, remaining balance required 4 weeks prior to collection. If booking within 4 weeks we will ask for balance to confirm your booking within 2 days

  • Refundable £750*/£1,000*/£1250* holding deposit on top of the hire cost taken at time of collection 

  • Free secure parking for your vehicle whilst away

Driver Information

  • Drivers 23 & 24 years old there is a holding deposit of £1,000*

  • Drivers 25 - 75 years old there is a £750* holding deposit

  • Additional Driver can be insured for a fee of £25

  • No more than 6 points on your driving licence for insurance reasons. A online check will take place to verify on collection

  • Must of held UK driving licence for more than 2 years

  • For collection you will need to bring your driving licence and an additional proof of address. This cant be older than 3 months and must have the same address as your driving licence

Collection and Return

  • Collection time is 4pm 

  • Return time by 4pm

  • If you require a specific time to collect or return please contact us to discuss

  • Please allow 45 minutes to complete paperwork, hand over the vehicle to you and check the vehicle back in on return

  • Please read the Driver Information section above so you know what to bring with you

  • Campers are supplied with a full tank of diesel. They must be returned with a full tank or the Hirer will be charged 50pence per litre above current forecourt price paid if VW Camper Hire need to ‘Top up the tank’.
